Summary: Discretion is the better part of valor. But for Ron Weasley, a rash of Muggle poisonings coupled with the abrupt and disturbing return of Draco Malfoy to his life threaten to blow the lid off his best-kept secret.

A/N: My darling Lord Threepwood, I do hope you can forgive me for the delay in the publication of this, my most groundbreaking work of prose to date. I fear that domestic troubles involving my assistant Raoul caused unavoidable delays in the completion of the manuscript. It is my sincerest hope that you can appreciate the grand philosophical ideas in this tale, unlike Raoul, who continues to deride it as yet another "silly little stories about boys kissing." Also, what do you know about interpretive dance?

My eternal love and gratitude I bestow upon my devoted editors, J. and T., through whom all things are possible. Thank you so much for your kind words, darlings--the Galleons are in the post!

At six-fifteen on my twenty-fifth birthday I was ready to either kill someone or run away from home )
